Below is an overview of what you can expect during this year’s Open Enrollment. Review your 2025 Benefits Guide (located in UKG on the My Company page) for more details.

Open Enrollment is November 4 – 22

You must take action and enroll in medical, FSA, HSA and dependent care in order to have covered benefits in 2025. If you want to make changes to any of your voluntary benefits, this is also the time to take action. All benefits you elect during Open Enrollment will take effect January 1, 2025.

Call MyHR at 844.866.1475 or schedule an appointment to get assistance from a benefits counselor, who can walk you through enrolling in your benefits, coverage options, ID cards, qualified life events, 401(k), leave of absence, EAP, employment verification and more. Help is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT.

What’s New in 2025

New Medical Plan Provider

UMR (a UnitedHealthcare company) replaces Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee as your medical plan provider with the same variety of medical plan options. For more information, refer to FAQs: Acadia’s Transition to UMR.

Minor Increase to Medical Insurance Premiums

For the past three years, Acadia has absorbed rising medical costs to maintain employee rates. As costs continue to rise, medical premiums will see a small increase in 2025, while dental and vision premiums will remain unchanged.

No Change to Pharmacy Benefits Provider

Pharmacy benefits will continue to be provided by Express Scripts.

Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability

Starting January 1, 2025, benefit-eligible employees will receive company-paid Short-Term Disability coverage at 50% of their weekly earnings (up to $1,500). You will also have the option to enroll in an employee-paid buy-up plan to increase the benefit coverage to the max of 60%.

Additional Mental Health Resources

In partnership with UMR – and in addition to the mental health benefits offered under your medical plan – you will have access to TalkSpace for online therapy. And, through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), CuraLinc, you will also be able to use Mindstream, a free resource with live and on-demand courses to support your mental and emotional health.

One Pass Select Membership

Also in partnership with UMR, you will have access to discounted rates across a nationwide network of gyms, as well as a digital fitness platform and grocery delivery service.
