• Active enrollment: You must review and make benefit elections during the enrollment period, even if you plan to keep current coverage in 2027.

What's new for 2027

• SmithRx will become your prescription drug provider, with expanded pharmacy access and programs to help you manage prescription costs.
• Lantern will provide personalized support if you need surgery or other complex procedures, connecting you with a dedicated care team from initial consultation through recovery.
• SupportLinc+ will expand behavioral health resources for you and your family, including support for more complex mental health and substance use needs and improved access to psychiatric care.

• Rate sheet: Your HR leader will provide information outlining plan options and coverage costs.
• Benefits information: View an overview of the benefits available to you by selecting Benefits from the menu at the top of this page, then the benefit you would like details on.

• During Open Enrollment, call 844.866.1475 to get assistance from a benefits counselor, who can help with enrolling in your benefits and explaining coverage options.
  
  Help is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm CT.
